Hello all COPRIMA members, Well here we are in the last quarter of 2016. Wow, has the year gone by quickly. I personally am not ready for winter. The 2016 COPRIMA conference was a great success. I would like to thank all of our speakers and attendees for participating. I especially would like to thank all the sponsors. Without you the conference could not have been as big a success as it was. We had some valuable feedback through our survey and it will help us with the planning of the next conference. We are already planning for the 2017 conference and also the 2017 monthly sessions. First for our sponsors, we will be reaching out to you and ask that everyone start thinking about sponsorship and participation in next year’s conference. Next year’s conference will be held in Colorado Springs at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Second, we are in the process of planning next year’s monthly sessions. Please let any board member know of speakers and/or topic ideas. If you would like to host a meeting at your location let us know also. COPRIMA will have a Director’s position opening starting January of 2017. If you are interested please contact any board member by the end of October so we can send out the ballots. We will be using the month of November to vote and announce the winning candidate at the December luncheon. Please join us for our October meeting on October 20th at CSDSIP, 6857 S. Spruce St. in Centennial. Mary Anderson of Travelers Insurance is presenting on “Drones – Friend or Foe? Legal Liabilities”. Please contact Martee Erichson to reserve your spot at the meeting. I hope all of you have a great month and I look forward to seeing you at the next meeting. Bill Miller 2016 President
