2017 AFS Millionaires’ Safety Award Application
Award Criteria This award recognizes AFS Corporate Member facilities (at a single location) that have reached 1,000,000, 2,000,000, 3,000,000 hours (or any other million-hour increment) of consecutive man-hours worked without incurring an occupational injury or illness that resulted in days away from work or death. The million-hour milestone date must occur during the period January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017.* *Reaching the million-hour increment does not mean that all hours must be accumulated during 2017. The start date can be months or years before achieving the consecutive million-hour safety milestone in calendar year 2017.
Only AFS Corporate Members are eligible to enter. Application deadline is Friday, January 19, 2018. This recognition is based on an AFS Corporate Member company achieving one of the increments listed above during the 2017 calendar year.
