YOU ARE INVITED to participate in the TBAC NIGP 2017 Fall Reverse Trade Show

The Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP is hosting its Annual Reverse Trade Show. This event affords suppliers the opportunity to demonstrate their products and services and allows you the chance to educate suppliers on how to do business with your agency. For this event to be successful we need representatives from all TBAC NIGP member agencies to participate.

In order to develop marketing materials and encourage maximum supplier attendance, we need your agency’s commitment to participate.

Our goal is to have a minimum of 25 agencies registered to participate by the opening date of supplier registration on August 9, 2017.

Participating entities will set-up and staff a table during the Trade Show hours of 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM with purchasing professionals, contract administrators, small business development personnel and others from their agency who are knowledgeable about their agency’s procurement activities and processes.

TBAC 2016

Set up will be from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM the morning of the Trade Show. Please plan to arrive no later than 7:00 AM so that set-up is completed before doors open to suppliers at 8:00. Continental breakfast will be served at 7:00 AM. The theme for the event is “Connecting the Dots, From Buyers to Sellers” and some decorations will be provided by TBAC. We encourage entities to bring table covers, posters, backdrops, floor stand banners and other items that will make their table easily identifiable for attendees.

This trade show is an important component in our annual fund raising efforts that support the TBAC scholarship program, UPPCC certification, professional development and educational development opportunities for TBAC members.

TBAC is extending this invitation to all public entities in the Tampa Bay Area. With your help we can make this a truly productive time of sharing and connecting with Tampa Bay suppliers as we promote our entities and educate them on how to do business with government. Your attendance is vital in promoting the Trade Show and in making it a successful event. Register your entity TODAY to participate in the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP Annual Reverse Tradeshow. TBAC is a part of NIGP the Institute for Public Procurement a professional organization dedicated to developing, supporting and promoting the public procurement profession since 1944.

TBAC NIGP 2017 Fall Reverse Trade Show What is a Reverse Trade Show? A Reverse Trade Show (RTS) is an event that allows suppliers, consultants, contractors, and other company reps the opportunity to meet with procurement professionals from numerous government agencies over the course of several hours, all in one location. The government agencies are the exhibitors and suppliers small and large, wishing to

do business with government are the attendees. Suppliers move from table to table on the Trade Show floor talking to government agencies about their needs, procurement opportunities, regulations and other requirements, and providing agencies with information on the goods and services they can provide.

Be a Reverse Trade Show Sponsor and receive added benefits. Select one of the Sponsor levels below. 

Platinum Sponsor: $725 - 2 FREE attendees, 1/2 page Color Ad in the TBAC Membership Directory, plus your company logo on the TBAC Website for 6 months (a $975 value). Additional attendees must register and pay separately.



Gold Sponsor: $400 - 2 FREE attendees with 1/2 page Color Ad in the TBAC Membership Directory (a $450 value). Additional attendees must register and pay separately.



Silver Sponsor: $300 - 1 FREE attendee with 1/2 page Color Ad in the TBAC Membership Directory (a $350 value). Additional attendees must register and pay separately.



Breakfast Sponsor: $150 - Poster with your company name and/or logo displayed near the Continental breakfast table.

Sponsoring suppliers must provide their ad artwork in JPEG format to the Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP by September 22, 2017 in order to be included in the Reverse Trade Show Membership Directory. Directory is 8 ½ x 11. E-mail artwork to Damaris Cordova at [email protected].
