Located just 45 minutes east of Kansas City and nestled in the heart of Lafayette County, we’re conveniently situated one mile from the juncture of i-70 and mo-13 along Old us-40. In Greek poetic fantasy Arkadia means “a pastoral paradise,” and with four lakes on 75 acres, Arcadian Moon is the perfect place for elegant country weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, barbecue parties and goodbye brunches. Your outdoor event with us — whether open air or tented — will allow you and your guests to take full advantage of the natural beauty at Arcadian Moon. We can accommodate a virtually unlimited number of guests, as well as tailor to suit nearly every possibility. • Event fee includes tent sized to event, tables and chairs, white linens, white cloth napkins. • Event fee does not include dance floor, lighting or portable restroom facilities (required). • A 3% discount off the event space fee is available for those paying by cash or check. • Setup starts immediately prior to event start time. • You have up to two hours of consultation time with an Arcadian Moon event manager at your final walkthrough 14 days prior to your event. • A $500 deposit is required to hold the date. Within 7 days of placing your deposit, a minimum $1000 payment and signed Event Contract and Beverage Service Agreement is required to reserve your date on our calendar. If the minimum payment and signed contract and beverage agreement are not completed within the allotted 7 days, the deposit is forfeited. We do not allow a waiting list for dates. • The $1000 contract payment is fully refundable up to 9 months before the event date, or until the first scheduled balance payment is due, whichever comes first. The $500 hold deposit is not refundable. • Balance payments at regular intervals (up to 11 installments, with a final installment due 30 days prior to event) are scheduled upon signing of the contract. Additional payments may be due the day of the event.

Arcadian Moon provides the beverage service, as well as the bartending staff for all events. Pricing is based on a per-person cost and include the option of a hosted bar, cash bar or mix of both. Selection, brands and pricing are subject to change. Special orders can be accommodated if arranged at least 30 days in advance of your event. Via i-70 east Take Exit 45 (Missouri Route H). At the intersection, continue straight onto Old us-40 (runs parallel to i-70) for three miles. Turn right into Arcadian Moon Vineyards and Winery and follow the drive to the tasting room. Via i-70 west Take Exit 49 (Missouri Route 13). Turn left onto mo-13 and cross over i-70. Turn right onto Old us-40 (runs parallel to i-70) and go one mile. Turn left into Arcadian Moon Vineyards and Winery and follow the drive to the tasting room.
