Our retreat theme for 2017 is all about savoring time with God. Imagine the coziness of your favorite coffee shop Where you can rest, laugh, share stories, growing closer to each other and God. The Sweet Life Café retreat will take us to a destination where we have an opportunity to explore a deeper relationship with Christ and each other through guided sessions of worship, bible study and personal reflection. 2017 DIOCESE OF OKLAHOMA CLERGY SPOUSE RETREAT THE SWEETLIFE CAFE April 21-23, 2017
Clergy Spouse Retreat is a gift from the Bishop and the Diocese. You are invited to attend the clergy spouse retreat as a gift. It is a time for relaxation. It is a time for fellowship. This year offers one joyous time not to be missed. Come play amongst your fellow spouses.
Put your “Buts” aside and We all love going out for a warm cup of coffee or tea with friends. And most of us long to extend those short visits and take time to slow down and really enjoy the time together.
That’s exactly what we’ll do at our Sweet Life Cafe Retreat. I hope you will join us. Together we’ll experience meaningful Bible studies, flavor-filled activities and scrumptiously delicious fun. We’ll begin with a welcome reception and dinner at 5:00 Friday evening, April 21st and will finish with a wonderful brunch following Eucharist on Sunday morning. There is no cost for the retreat and nothing for you to bring except for yourself.
Let’s fill the rooms at St. Crispin’s. Let’s reach out to each other and fill our Sweet Life Café Retreat with as many clergy spouses as possible. Your personal invite for someone to join us for coffee may be the sweetest moment of their day.

The Agenda for our Sweet Life Café Retreat has been planned for us. We will move through guided sessions led by our very own clergy spouses! Our time together will find opportunities baked in to savor the joys of St. Crispin’s. We will have time to explore the great outdoors. Time to just “be” with each other. Time to get to know each other, laugh, play games, walk, talk, nap, and yes, sip on coffee. We will relax, make new friends, share moments that can only happen when we set aside the time to let God in. We will even work on a special project for an upcoming group. Clear your calendar for this weekend. Mark the dates as “The Sweet Life” and give yourself this gift.
