Registraon prices are per person regardless of age (children ages 0-4 are FREE). Registraon fees include lodging, meals, planned acvies, and registraon fee. Because this camp accepts a limited number of families, you are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

Family membership is considered to be parent(s)/guardian(s) and dependent children.
•
Due to age and size requirements for horseback riding, children under the age of 9 may not be allowed to ride horseback, but they will be allowed to parcipate in other horse camp related acvies.
•
Childcare is not provided. Parent/Guardian must be with children at all mes.

Aspen Lodge $165/per person - $550 max for families of 4 members Addional $50/person for families of 5 or more Includes 2 nights lodging, Friday supper through Sunday breakfast, all planned acvies, & registraon fee Bunked beds/Family friendly rooms with private bathrooms - various number of beds per room. Each room has at least one full bed, and mulple twin beds. Linens are not included, but available for an addion $7 per bed. (1 set includes all bedding, pillow, and towel.)

I do hereby assume all risk of the above and any other ordinary risk incidental to the camp seCng and will hold the NM Annual Conference, Sacramento Camp & Conference Center and their Trustees, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability. I hereby grant permission to Sacramento to use photos of the campers listed on this registraon form, taken during acvies at camp for publicity purposes, in adversing materials, and/or on the camp’s website. My signature also indicates that I have read Sacramento’s Acvies Release Form, Technology Acceptable Use Policy and Risk Mgt.
