By the HALF or Quarter:
The most economical way to buy grassfed beef! A half feeds an average family for a year with premium steaks, roasts, ribs, shanks, stew meat, liver and ground beef (includes all of the cuts on the individual price list below). Halves Cost is $6.50 per lb. (hanging weight). Quarters Cost $6.70 per lb. (hanging weight. Halves range from 150-200 lbs of meat (depending on the weight of the animal) and fill 10-12 cu. ft. of met ur freezer space. of go beef!!
