2017 OPPA Annual Spring Conference Golf Tournament Wednesday, May 17, 2016 Wildhorse Golf Course Pendleton, Oregon Plan now to be a part of the 2017 OPPA Annual Spring Conference Golf Tournament. This year’s tournament will be held at the Wildhorse Golf Course Located in Pendleton Oregon. Tee Times will begin at Noon. The entry fee for the 9-Hole Scramble is $75.00 which includes on-course games, green fees, cart, practice range. Plenty of fun to go around. Save this date; we look forward to “linking up”.
