The Patriots cup is an AYSO invitational tournament open to AYSO Tournament/ Select teams in Girls and Boys Divisions U14, U12 and U10. The tournament is intended to be fun for all involved (players, coaches, spectators, referees and organizers) and will also celebrate our countries heritage and patriotism. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games in this event. Pool play will determine whether your team will be seeded in the trophy flight or whether you will receive a medal for your participation in this tournament. At tournament check-in, all participants (players and 2 coaches) will receive a tournament pin. Game format per division will be 11 v 11 for U14, 9 v 9 for U12 and 7 v 7 for U10. Maximum number of players: 15 per team in U14, 12 per team for U12, and a maximum of 10 per team in the U10 divisions. The date of age determination is July 31st, in accordance with AYSO National Rules and Regulations.

Tournament Fee: The entry fee is $525 for U14, $500 for U12 divisions and $475 for U10. There will be no referee deposit required as referees will be by invitation only. As each referee will receive special recognition for his or her involvement in this tournament, we are asking you to nominate the referees that have helped your team in other tournaments for consideration. The above fees must accompany all applications for entry consideration. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the tournament (After May 3, 2017) for a voluntary withdrawal by your team once accepted unless a replacement team is found. Each withdrawal situation will be handled on an individual basis. If the tournament is canceled a full refund will be given. Teams that are not accepted will receive a full refund within 48 hours of the entry deadline unless that team would like to be placed on a wait list.

Only Regional Checks will be accepted as payment for this event. Tournament Entry: Application forms, fees, referee nomination forms and eAYSO jersey order player rosters must be submitted to the tournament registrar. No telephone registrations will be accepted. Applications should be received on or before April 30th, 2017. If more applications are received than available openings in a division, teams will be chosen by the tournament committee in order to provide a balance amongst teams participating. Only correctly, fully completed applications with all applicable forms and fees paid will be considered. Partial or incomplete forms or applications without fees paid will be returned to applicants.

Late Player Changes: Roster changes can be made up until the Thursday before the tournament Any roster changes will require an updated roster, such changes must contain the signature of the player’s Regional Commissioner. No exceptions.
