2017 South Africa Study Tour This spring South African Tourism is sponsoring a Virtuoso-exclusive Study Tour to South Africa! This itinerary features safari activities, cultural arts, and gastronomic delights of South Africa and includes visits to Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Kruger National Park! Additional Information: • Dates: March 3rd - 14th, 2017 • Total cost of trip for Virtuoso Advisors is $800.00 USD, plus domestic airfare, and includes roundtrip, business-class, international airfare to/from South Africa on South African Airways; hotel accommodations in Virtuoso Preferred Properties; transfers, most meals, excursions, ground transportation, gratuities, and taxes/service charges. • Price does not include domestic airfare to and from gateways (JFK and IAD), costs associated with any airline delays, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, or additional taxes/fees, which will be at each advisor's expense. • Price does not include incidentals such as: room service, laundry, phone/fax/internet charges; early check-in/late check-out fees; or beverages and any meals, transfers, or sightseeing not specified in the final itinerary. • Trip is nonrefundable once paid. Payment information will be collected from all approved participants, once participation is confirmed. • Accommodations are single occupancy for Virtuoso Advisors only; no guests. To ensure you meet the physical conditions necessary for participating in this trip, please review the itinerary carefully before applying. All applicants must be willing and able to participate in all activities, which could include extensive walking and hiking. Applicants should not have any pre-existing medical conditions that could preclude them from participating in all activities. We seek to select those advisors who best fit each educational trip; thus, approval is based on specific eligibility factors. Attendees should have a strong sales portfolio of luxury FITs incorporating similar product, services and regions or strong potential to enhance this portfolio.
