I understand that if I am selected to coach during the 2017/2018 tournament season with Quartz Hill AYSO that I SHALL be required to have a representative from my team participate on the 2017/2018 Quartz Hill Shootout Tournament Board. I understand that I will be responsible for the representative from my team to fulfill their obligation to the board. I further understand that I will have a qualified referee team represent my team at tournaments, including the Quartz Hill Shootout. I also understand that by being a tournament coach I act as an ambassador for my region and am expected to conduct myself accordingly. Any coaches unwilling or unable to ensure these commitments may be subject to disqualification and/or removal as a tournament coach. Coaches are reminded that while participating in a tournament they represent Quartz Hill AYSO and as such shall adhere to good sportsmanship at all times.
