Go to the club’s website … http://www.hanoversoccerclub.net • Create or log into your account and select the age group for which your child will tryout. • Players may attend tryouts for older age groups; however, will be charged a $10 tryout fee for EACH age group tryout attended.

Accept Offer
Once an offer to play has been received, the offer must be accepted within 48-72 hours, but no later than the Saturday following the tryouts, or the offer will be forfeited. Players trying out for older age groups, who do not receive an offer (or decline an offer), may register for tryouts for the next oldest age group; however, will incur an additional $10 tryout fee (see above).

Attend Tryouts
Plan to arrive at the Utz Fields pavilion at 5:30pm on the designated Monday and Tuesday evenings to check-in and submit required paperwork (PS-1, medical release form and copy of birth cert.). Tryout numbers will be assigned and photos taken of each participant. Players should bring water and wear shin guards and soccer cleats; however, players may NOT wear travel jerseys or any other club-wear.

Registration Payment
When accepting an offer, you have 2 options 1. Pay the entire “lump-sum” registration fee immediately 2. Pay a $40 deposit and then pay the balance due in two additional installments (June 30th and July 30th) * Paid registration fees are non-refundable

Receive Offer from Club
Tryouts for U10-U15 teams are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday (with Wednesday reserved as a rain date). Tryouts for U9 will only be held one evening (Monday, May 22nd), with either a Tuesday or a Wednesday rain date. Offers will be sent by email no later than the Thursday evening, the same week as tryouts.

Order Uniform
Once an offer has been accepted, you will be contacted by a club representative, who will assign your child a uniform (kit) number and provide you instructions as to how to order a Travel uniform. Estimated cost of a full kit is $90-$120, depending on size and style. (Returning HSC Travel Players do not need to order a new uniform each season)
