Priority in the expo zone To improve the priority placement in the Elite team area, we have asked to fill in the table with the exact dimensions of the space (length and width) you require for each UCI MTB World Cup round.  To maintain priority you still must reserve the zone to each UCI MTB World Cup organiser via a form available on their website at least one month before the event.

 With the growing popularity of the MTB World Cup events both with spectators on site and from TV viewers worldwide, we cannot emphasise enough the importance of the overall look and presentation of the events. Therefore, it is essential & mandatory at all World Cup events that all UCI Elite MTB Teams stay on site with their entire infrastructure (truck, trailer, tents, etc.) in place until at least the start of the last event on Sunday.  80 m2

Priority line riders confirmation at UCI MTB World Cup events Exemption from entry fees to UCI MTB World Cup events for all team riders Exemption from entry fees to any race on the UCI international calendar. This applies only to the discipline in which the team has ELITE status and does not apply to stage races, UCI MTB Marathon Series and Enduro events. Exemption from entry fees at UCI MTB World Cup events for:  Riders belonging to a UCI MTB team and ranked individually in the top 20 of the last world cup standings of the format concerned (XCO, DHI) UCI MTB World Cup Rainbow Passes  Rainbow passes will be issued on a quota according to the team status and the number of riders in the team (no need to validate the rainbow pass in the system). Media Access at UCI MTB World Cup events (indicated on 1 Rainbow Pass per ELITE team) World Cup Parking Passes for each UCI MTB World Cup round World Cup season long Feed/Technical Assistance Zone Passes (based on the number of riders) Separate space in Feed/Technical Assistance Zones Team page + Team Jersey on the UCI website Any modifications regarding the UCI MTB Teams or layout of the jersey must be immediately communicated to the UCI ([email protected]). Support of the UCI Disciplinary and Appeals Commission  Access is automatically provided should a dispute arise between employer and employee.
