2018 Baseball Sponsorship Form The Perdido Bay Youth Sports Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the support, education and development of good citizenship for the youth in our community through organized sports. Our goal is to educate and develop each individual’s own character, self-esteem, attitude and sportsmanship with adult leadership providing the example. We invite you to participate as a team sponsor. Your company will receive a tax-deductible letter of charitable contribution for your taxes (upon request). PBYSA is a 501-C3 tax exempt non-profit corporation. We would like to thank you for your support and assure you that your contribution will be spent solely for the purpose of the sports activities conducted by PBYSA.
