The work is to be carried out in accordance with the part of BS 8000 or other British Standard or Code of Practice appropriate to the section of work, where such document exists. Use all proprietary products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Thermal Performance The construction of the building has been designed to meet or better the required U value performance as described in Approved Document L2B. The building will be subject to SBEM calculations and energy performance certificates will be produced.
Building Log Book Upon completion information regarding the operation and use of new fixed building services, new energy meters, upgraded thermal elements, the new heating, hot water and electricity systems will be provided in a log book in accordance to CIBSE TM31.
Fixed Building Services In Accordance with Approved Document L2B Para.4.36-4.48 a commissioning plan will be prepared to identify which systems will need to be tested and confirming that these test will be carried out. This commissioning will be carried out upon completion and the appropriate notices will be submitted to Building Control within 5 days of the completion of the commissioning work. A
