With a population of 206,000, the I-395 market area spans approximately 22 square miles and serves as a major business and commerce hub. The area has a well-integrated Germantown transportation network including close proximity to three major airports, major interstates, and several Metro transit stations connecting residents and employees throughout the Washington metro area.
