To set-up Two Factor Authentication for your entire Company Click Edit My Profile located in the User Functions box.

Two Factor Authentication – Entire Company (full user) Apply a check mark next to Two Factor Authentication (Company-Wide).
Scroll down the page and press Modify Settings. All users will be prompted to set up Two Factor Authentication at their next login.
