Monday, August 11, 2014 Mid Valley Golf Course Join us in our effort to help raise funds for the De Pere Youth Hockey. Proceeds raised will help keep the program affordable, defray the cost of ice time and to continue building the De Pere Youth Hockey winning tradition.

Date: August 11, 2014 Registration: 10:00 AM Scramble Shotgun Start: 11:00 AM (Rain or Shine) Dinner: 4:00 PM (Prizes will be awarded) Silent Auction & Raffle: 4:00 PM Registration Due: August 1, 2014 Entry Fees: $125 - Individual golfer. Fees includes 18 holes, cart, hole prizes 4 beverage tickets and steak dinner at clubhouse following golf. Sponsorships: $100 - Hole Sponsor, $250 - Beverage Cart Sponsor, $250 - Range Sponsor, $500 - Coaches Hole, Lunch Sponsor, Dinner Sponsor. All Sponsorships include signage the day of the event, recognition at dinner and an ad in the WIAA Hockey Program. Click on the Golf Outing page for additional details and the registration flyer.
