IMPORTANT NOTICE The Government Printing Works will not be held responsible for faxed documents not received due to errors on the fax machine or faxes received which are unclear or incomplete. Please be advised that an “OK” slip, received from a fax machine, will not be accepted as proof that documents were received by the GPW for printing. If documents are faxed to the GPW it will be the sender’s responsibility to phone and confirm that the documents were received in good order. Furthermore the Government Printing Works will also not be held responsible for cancellations and amendments which have not been done on original documents received from clients.

PUBLIC NOTICE: CALL FOR INSPECTION OF GENERAL VALUATION ROLL 2013 AND LODGING OF OBJECTIONS Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49 (1) (a) (i) read in conjunction with Section 78 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 2004 (Act 6 of 2004), hereinafter referred to as the "Act" that the 2013 General Valuation Roll is open for public inspection.
The 2013 General Valuation Roll can be inspected at the venue listed below from 21 February 2014 to 20 April 2014, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 & 16:00.
Any owner of property or other person who so desires, may lodge an objection with the
Municipal Manager at Ndlambe Municipality in respect of any matter reflected in, or omitted from the 2013 General Valuation Roll within the abovementioned period. The 2013 General Valuation Roll will be available for inspection at: The Ndlambe Municipal Offices - at : ALL the Municipal office, Boknes, Cannon Rocks and Seafield Shop where the roll will lie for Inspection Objection forms will be available at the above mentioned offices. All objections may be submitted to: The Municipal Manager, Ndlambe Municipality. In terms of the Municipal Property Rates Act 2004, objections apply to a particular property and not to the Roll itself. Queries can be directed to the following person:
