We would like City Council to consider our project \vith the following changes shown in the additional set of plans.

We believe these proposed changes provide solutions to the previously posed question of "size and massing". The proposed plans for both homes comply with the Residential Design G uidelines. These homes are well designed, are an appropriate size for the lots, and are compatible with the surrounding homes in the neighborhood.
