36th Annual LI Agricultural Forum The Long Island Agricultural Forum is for all those in the agriculture and ornamental horticulture industries. The Planning Committee has endeavored to develop a program that addresses the many important issues and needs faced by all currently working in these industries. We welcome and encourage you to attend.

REGISTRATION Early Bird Registration: $30/person through January 6. Additional registrations from same farming operation $20/person (Early Bird only). After January 6 and day of: $45/person (no multi-registration discounts - no exceptions) See Registration Form at the center of this brochure for details.

CHECK-IN ALL attendees must check in at the registration desk to receive a name tag BEFORE proceeding to Trade Show and/or educational sessions. NOTE: Persons without a name tag WILL NOT be admitted into the educational sessions

PESTICIDE RECERTIFICATION CREDITS Recertification credits are offered at most sessions. See page 16 for specific sessions and their correlating categories. The exact number of credits offered will be available by December. If you wish to receive DEC credits you MUST bring your applicator ID card and attend the ENTIRE session. After you check-in and BEFORE you attend educational sessions stop at the credit table to pick up a credit form.

TRADE SHOW Conference attendees are encouraged to attend the Trade Show in the Peconic Building prior to the start of the program, at coffee and lunch breaks and after educational sessions are over. Trade Show Hours: Thursday, January 12, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday, January 13, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

36th ANNUAL AG FORUM DINNER The Ag Forum Dinner will be on Thursday evening, January 12 at Riverhead Polish Hall, 214 Marcy Ave., Riverhead. Cash Bar opens at 5:30 PM and a family style dinner will be served at 6:30. Dinner tickets are $30. Please see registration form to reserve your dinner tickets.
