43rd Annual Topeka/Honeyville Quilt Show & Sale
Dear Quilters & Exhibitors,
We are excited to invite you once again to the Topeka/Honeyville Quilt Show & Sale. We hope you will be able to join us for the 43rd year of keeping the quilting tradition going by bringing your items that you would like to sell and/or display. As we have done in the past few years, our show and the Shipshewana Quilt Festival will overlap on all days except Tuesday. We start one day earlier than they do in an effort to make it more convenient for you to attend both events if you so desire. Your quilted and/or quilt related items are entered on consignment. You choose the price you would like to receive and we (Eden Worship Center) will add 15% to make up the selling price. Our portion goes toward the mission projects of the church. If your items don’t sell, you owe us nothing. All we ask is that you pick them up at the assigned time. Please take note of the days when items will be received and the day that you may pick them up at the end of the sale. Hopefully you won’t have many items to pick up! The dates for the 2017 Show & Sale are June 20 - 23. We have only one day to bring your items, Monday, June 19th. Pickup day will be SATURDAY, June 24th. Bring you exhibits:

If you have friends who would like to enter a quilted item but have not received an invitation, please feel free to give them copies to fill out for their items. Make sure they have a copy of all pages, including this information page. THE FULL PAGE ENTRY FORM: Fill out one form for each item entered in the show. Make as many copies of this form as needed. FYI: to make things easier, fill in your name and address before making your additional copies. Leave all references to Show # blank. Put the price you would like to receive on the Exhibitors Selling Price. Complete all of the information about each item. Make your description as detailed as possible and attach a colored photo if possible to the large entry form. This helps us find your items should the price tag become separated. THE HALF PAGE FORMS: Form 1: Leave the “sale price” blank. Form 2: Fill in the “Exhibitor Price” (your asking price - same as full sheet). We will insert the “Show #” and “Sale Price” (by adding 15% to Exhibitor Price) to form #1 when you bring in your entries. At that time we will cut them apart and you will receive form #2 as your “pick up ticket”. We highly recommend if you have numerous items, that you have one complete list of all your exhibits. It would be wise to keep a copy of the list for yourself and give us a copy. This all helps eliminate confusion at the end of the show. Bring the entry form(s) and your exhibits to Eden Worship Center in Honeyville on Monday (19th). If you must mail your items, contact me at the email address or the phone number given below. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. If we must ship the items back to you at the end of the show, you are responsible to pay the return shipping fees (no exceptions!). *** Make sure that all of your items are “aired out” and clean (NO SMOKE SMELL OR ANIMAL HAIRS). All items must be “quilted or quilt related”. We will not accept items that are just embroidered or tie knotted. We simply don’t have the space. Please follow these rules. It’s uncomfortable for you and us when we have to turn away your items. The church building is located at: 4095 S 900 W, Topeka, Indiana. It’s one mile west of State Road 5 on 400 south.
