Book Club & Holiday Movie, Sunday, 12/4/16 4:00pm Book Club: If On a Winter's Night a Traveler, a novel written in second-person that literally takes you on an adventure. 4:30pm Movie Night: Home Alone. Bring a blanket and munch on popcorn (provided) for this holiday classic. Board Meeting Monday, 12/5/16 Please make plans to attend the Special Meeting to discuss the new Rules & Regulations at 7:00pm, with the regular monthly Board meeting to follow. Holiday Potluck, Thursday, 12/15/16 The building’s holiday party is going to be held at 7:00pm down in the Q Room. This time the Social Committee is asking you to prepare your best dish and enter the Potluck Contest! While We’re On the Topic of Holidays… In the spirit of the holidays, the Board asks you to join in expressing appreciation to our building personnel. Please know that the door staff does not receive holiday bonuses from the Association. Feel free to contribute to each staff member directly. In recognition of their hard work, contributions to building employees are always welcome, day and night. Thank You in Advance! Inaugural Kids & Family Brunch, Sunday, 1/15/16 10:00am, join the Social Committee for the first-ever Kids and Family Brunch. Bring breakfast favorites to the Q Room and meet other families in the building. We'll have family bowling afterwards. Late Fee Requests Over the last few months the Board has received a number of requests to waive late fees. The reasons include that the owner was not aware of additional charges that had been made to the account, or there had been a change in the assessment amount. In other words, the owner did not review their monthly statement. This is a reminder that reviewing the monthly statement is an owner's responsibility. Failure to do so can result in late fees being assessed. Any fees incurred as a result will not be waived by the Board. We also strongly encourage you to subscribe to E-Statements so you can review your account with a couple of mouse clicks. Please call LMS, 847.459.0000. Packages - Did You Pick Yours Up Yet?
