Cancellation of reservation before January 31, 2016 is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds after February 1, 2016. Motor Homes/RV: Please make your reservations early. The rate is $400.00 (including tax), this includes water and power for the th th duration of the show. The move-in date is Saturday, February 6 12:00 noon, and move-out is Monday, February 22 by 9:00 am. Additional days can be arranged directly through WestWorld at 480-312-6812. Special Notice: I understand that the RV space I have rented does not have direct hook-up to sewer. I do hereby confirm that my RV/Motor home is equipped with holding tanks for gray water and black water, and that I understand that I am responsible to make arrangements with, and payment to, the pumping company. I agree to abide by the rules and not dump gray or black water into our space. I have received, read and agree to comply with the Rules & Regulations. AHAA will make every effort to secure RV space but RV spaces are limited and typically sell out early. *There will be a $100.00 fine for dumping your gray water on the grounds.

City of Scottsdale WestWorld Liability Release Agreement In consideration for admittance into WestWorld Equestrian Center (WestWorld) and the use of its facilities, the undersigned hereby releases the City of Scottsdale, United States Bureau of Reclamation, any employees or authorized agents & the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona from any liability arising from any personal injury or damage to property sustained by the undersigned while using the facilities, services, equipment, and/or horses of WestWorld, whether or not such personal injury or property damage is due to the negligence of WestWorld. The undersigned hereby waives the right to sue, claim or any cause of action resulting from any such personal injury or property damage, whether or not such injury is due to the negligence of WestWorld. In no event the undersigned hold WestWorld liable for any incidental or consequential damages incurred by the undersigned in connection with the use of the facilities, services, equipment, and/or horses provided by WestWorld, whether or not such damages are due to the negligence of WestWorld. RV RULES AND REGULATIONS Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show - WestWorld The following Rules & Regulations are to be observed by all WestWorld visitors and facility users, and shall be enforced by the Arabian Horse Association of Arizona (AHAA) management and Security personnel. 1.
RV/Motor home guests are required to register with AHAA RV management and sign a Liability Release Agreement prior to movein at WestWorld.
2.
Facilities shall be utilized at user’s own risk. AHAA and WestWorld are not responsible for any personal injury or personal property damage on or going to and from the premises.
3.
AHAA shall not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged property. Other personal property left at WestWorld, if unclaimed after the show will become the sole property of AHAA. Unclaimed perishable property will be disposed of as necessary.
4.
Users will be responsible for any and all damage to the facilities and all portions thereof, excluding normal wear and tear. AHAA reserves the right to repair damage and to invoice user for cost of such repair.
5.
Any accident, regardless of nature, is to be immediately reported to AHAA RV management and/or security personnel.
6.
Sales and distribution of food and beverages or other commercial activities are not permitted without the express written consent of AHAA and completion of written contractual agreements.
7.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises unless provided by AHAA or its contract vendors. Barn parties, serving alcohol, must receive approval from AHAA management prior to the party. Alcohol is not to be removed from WestWorld property.
8.
Open cooking or campfires are prohibited.
9.
Disposal of trash/solid waste materials is allowed in designated areas or receptacles only. Any gray or black water tanks that leak must be repaired immediately. There will be a $100.00 fine for dumping your gray water on the grounds.
10. Firearms are not allowed. Pets are to be kept on leashes at all times. 11. Motor vehicles are prohibited within stable facilities except to load/unload horses or tack unless authorized by AHAA. 12. Overnight parking is not allowed, except in RV or other specifically designated areas. Only one RV/Trailer is allowed per space. 13. Designated fire lanes are to be kept clear at all times. Vehicles in unauthorized areas will be towed at owner’s expense. 14. At time of check-in there may be changes or additions to these rules, it is the users responsibility to be aware of these rules and to abide by them. 15. At no time can spaces be Sublette to a third party user. 16. AHAA management reserves the right to evict from the property anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, drunkenness, disobeying the rules and regulations, or creating excessive noise or disturbance. AHAA reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person for any reason. 17. AHAA reserves the right to use the name, image, photograph, likeness or any other reproduction, taken or acquired by AHAA, of any visitor for publicity purposes of AHAA without notifying or compensating individuals therein. 18. Area traffic and area signs are to be observed at all times, including posted speed limits. The posted speed limit on the main access road is 20 MPH. All other roads are posted at 15MPH. 19. No Loud noise after 11:00pm.
