Basics Embroidery Club To Hoop or Not to Hoop Supply List To hoop or not to hoop? That is the question. Every new embroiderer will have certain projects in mind, and not know whether or not they can successfully hoop your fabric or blank. What is a blank? A blank is any object that is completely sewn and ready to use without any embellishment. For example, a set of table napkins, or a denim shirt, or a wine bottle apron without embroidery or decoration of any kind. Like any empty canvas for a painter, these items are just waiting for our creativity. This month, we will learn which projects need to be hooped, and which ones do not, in order to be completed successfully, and to look good.
