Australian Turf Club Limited (ABN 81 148 157 288) (“ATC”) Spinning wheel promotion (Competition) GENERAL TERMS 1. The promoter of the Competition is the ATC of Royal Randwick Racecourse, Alison Road, Randwick, NSW 2031, telephone: +61296638400. 2. The Competition is a game of chance and not skill and will be conducted randomly. 3. Rules on how to enter the Competition form part of these General Terms of entry. By entering the Competition or accepting a prize, entrants agree to be bound by these General Terms. 4. Entry to the Competition will be refused or disqualified if an entrant does not comply with these General Terms. The ATC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for tampering, or attempting to tamper with the entry process. 5. The Competition entry period commences at 11.00am (AEDT) on Saturday 14 October 2017 and concludes at 4.00pm (AEDT) the same day (Competition Day). 6. To be eligible to enter the Competition, entrants must be on course at Royal Randwick Racecourse(Racecourse) on the Competition Day. 7. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over on the Competition Day. The ATC may request proof of age at any time. 8. Officers, management and staff of the ATC and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition. 9. The winners of the Competition will be determined by the draw (Draw). The Draw will take place seven (7) times during the Competition Day. 10. To enter the Competition, entrants must be in the relevant location on the Racecourse and be selected by the ATC promotional staff to participate in a Draw (Participants). 11. The ATC promotional staff will select Participants to participate in each Draw until all Prizes for that Draw (see the definition of ‘Prizes’ in clause 12 below) have all been allocated. 12. The prizes for each of the seven (7) Draws will be as follows: a. One (1) Moët beverage voucher valued at $120.00; and b. Four (4) ATC food and beverage vouchers valued at $20.00 each (Prizes). There will be 35 Prizes to be won in total and the Prizes in the Competition have a total prize pool value of $1,260.00. 13. The Draw will be determined by a chance wheel (also known as a spinning wheel). Each Participant may have one ‘spin’ of the chance wheel, supervised by ATC promotional staff. A Prize will be awarded if the pointer of the chance wheel has landed on a Prize and the corresponding Prize will be awarded to the Participant who spun the chance wheel (Winner). 14. The Winners of each Prize will be notified instantly by the ATC promotional staff on the Racecourse and will be presented with their Prize on that day. 15. The ATC promotional staff will continue selecting Participants to participate in each Draw until all Prizes for that Draw are distributed. All Prizes will be distributed during the Competition Day. 16. Entrants may only be a Participant in a Draw once on the Competition Day. 17. All Prizes must be taken as offered. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash and may not be on-sold. 18. Each voucher forming part of the Prizes is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the voucher provider. Once awarded, the ATC is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. 19. An entrant must not enter the Competition on behalf of any other person or accept payment or other compensation from any person to enter the Competition. 20. Entrants' personal information provided in connection with this Competition will be handled by the ATC in accordance with the ATC's Privacy Policy, which is available at http://www.australianturfclub.com.au/pdf/PrivacyPolicy1.pdf and as set out in these General Terms.

The ATC may enter all personal information and other related documentation provided by entrants into a database. The personal information collected is collected for the purposes of conducting the Competition and for future ATC publicity, marketing and promotional purposes. An entrant's personal information will only be used or disclosed by the ATC and its related bodies corporate, agents and contractors for these purposes. Entrants agree they may be filmed, photographed and/or interviewed and that their names and images may be used by the ATC, its sponsors and other third parties for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless the winner otherwise notifies the ATC at the time of accepting the prize. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned (including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the ATC which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a Competition), the ATC will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. The ATC is not responsible for any malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website. The ATC makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. The ATC, and its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees, agents and sponsors will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss, or loss of profit or any other economic loss) suffered or sustained by any person or property, by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, in connection with the Competition, the promotion and advertising of a Competition, downloading any materials in a Competition, or accepting or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law). If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the ATC and which prevents the ATC from complying with these General Terms, the ATC will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the ATC reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend the Competition. The ATC's decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. These General Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and entrants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales. 28.
