Liberty Soccer Directors Welcome to the Liberty Soccer Club Academy, our developmental program for young players who are serious about soccer born between 2007-2011. Our Academy Program is sanctioned by Georgia State Soccer Association (GSSA). Our Academy players and their families embark on a soccer journey preparing them for our future Liberty Select teams at the 13U age groups. Training instruction and priorities will be under the direction of our Directors of Coaching. The major emphasis will be on the individual player’s growth; we will focus on mastering skills and techniques first, then applying them in competition. During the season, score and standings are not recorded. It is the player’s development that will be our goal, giving them the tools to advance comfortably into the select level of play. The Academy Program is more expensive and requires a more serious commitment than our recreational program, but for players who are interested in becoming their best in soccer, it is ideal for them, especially at this early “golden age of learning.” Academy players get 4 to 5 times more soccer than recreational players. Your player will enjoy the training and games and you will see the wonderful improvement as they grow through the Academy experience. Liberty Soccer Club Directors Steve Keiss Samantha Snow
