Player Development is the number one priority of the Academy. The long-‐term vision and goal is to develop players that are capable of playing at the next level. Whether that level is High School, College, or Professional; our responsibility as coaches is to ensure that we are providing an environment that is fun, challenging, and will constantly test our players. As players mature, it is important to place players appropriately to ensure they are constantly being tested at their own individual level. Our program aims to help foster the love for the game while demanding a hard work ethic, commitment, and passion for the game.
