SEASONAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT As a member of the Administration department you will join a dedicated team whose primary responsibility is to provide support in all areas within the Park’s Administration Centre.

The role is varied and involves a range of different tasks which ensure not only the department runs smoothly and efficiently but provides support to the other departments and the business as a whole. This is a challenging role that requires the very best telephone customer service skills where correct information and advice is critical to the overall guest experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming internal and external phone calls. Deal with all enquiries and transfer calls as necessary.
Use the Park two-way radio system to ensure contact is made/ messages relayed to the correct members of the Departmental Management/ Supervisory teams.
Assist with Reception duties in the ‘Front Office’ of the Administration Building and be the first point of contact for Park Visitors and staff.
Assist with any Group, Individual, Season Ticket and other mailings as required.
Process Season Ticket renewals and Event Bookings using be-spoke system, to include Santa’s Christmas Wonderland and Early Play Passes over the telephone.
Assist with ticket printing and processing online shop orders.
Assist the Senior Administration & Guest Services Supervisor with any tasks as required.
You will be required to undertake any generic administrative duties on a daily basis, as they arise, such as typing, filing, photocopying, binding, laminating etc. and to assist with the smooth running of the administration department.
Assist the Cashroom team as required, to ensure the daily processing procedures are completed in an accurate and efficient manner.

This is a seasonal position which will include weekends, school and bank You will be expected to dress smartly and appropriately (polo shirts can be holidays. Hours and shift patterns will vary, dependent on the time of year and provided). It is your responsibility to keep all items clean, laundered and ensure staffing requirements within the Administration Centre. Flexibility is required you are presentable at all times. A name badge will be provided. to meet peak and off peak demands of the business. Enhanced hourly rates for Bank Holiday Hours worked.
Team Expectations: As a representative of the company, as a whole, we expect you to be presentable at all times with the right ‘can-do’ attitude in order to deliver excellence. A good level of ability and understanding is required for training along with sound numeracy and literacy skills. Previous experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous. You will need the ability to understand and implement instructions, work co-operatively within the team whilst building effective team relationships and actively contributing to the tasks. In addition you must be able to adapt to and work effectively in different situations and carry out a variety of tasks with the capacity to cope with challenging situations, listen to feedback and remain calm under pressure. An excellent telephone manner is required. The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
