The construction industry has traditionally been slow to change. But the rapid pace of technology and shifting priorities of our customers means we have to find better tools, practices and ways to market our services or we will be left behind. Our Advanced Management Workshop is here to help! This two-day program is designed to provide graduates of the Foundation’s Essentials of Project Mgt. class with a way to continue their learning, get re-energized and to learn from each other. Subcontractor business owners and key managers are also encouraged to attend and gain new ideas. The workshop will feature professional instruction & insights from Purdue University professor Kirk Alter. There will also be plenty of facilitated attendee discussions, designed to reveal the best practices being used by leading companies across the country. Drawing on the real-world experience in the room, attendees will have the opportunity to learn what works and what doesn’t when it comes to technology, software, processes, marketing and management.
