Adventure Associates (Peru) Study Tour This spring, Adventure Associates is sponsoring a Virtuoso-exclusive Study Tour to Peru. This itinerary features visits to Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Iquitos. Come experience the rich cultural heritage of this amazing country, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, explore ancient ruins, discover the Amazon on a cruise, and sample this country's finest cuisine! The price does include internal airfare with LATAM airlines, hotel accommodations, most meals, excursions and entrance fees, ground transportation, gratuities for drivers, local guide and government taxes and service charges. • Price does not include round trip international airfare to and from Lima (LIM), costs associated with any airline delays, travel insurance, or excess baggage charges, which will be at each advisor's expense. • Price does not include incidentals such as gratuities for bellman, housekeeping, room service, spa treatments, phone/fax/internet charges, laundry, or alcoholic beverages and meals/transfers/sightseeing not specified in the final itinerary. • Trip is nonrefundable once paid. Payment information will be collected from all approved participants, once participation is confirmed. • Accommodations are single occupancy for Virtuoso Advisors only; no guests. This study tour is open to Virtuoso advisors from the USA/Canada only. • Please note, this will be an active trip. To ensure you meet the physical conditions necessary for participating in this trip, please review the itinerary carefully before applying. All applicants must be willing and able to participate in all activities, which could include extensive walking for long distances over rough/uneven surfaces. Applicants should not have any pre-existing medical conditions that could preclude them from participating in all activities. • Please note that int’l arrival and departure transfers are included in the given net rate per person, considering they all arrive and depart together. Should the case be different, as I believe they won’t all be necessarily coming from the same cities or going back likewise, as per last year, they will need to pay for any pre or post nights in Lima and their individual transfer services. If this is the case, the Study Tour will begin on April 17 with the hotel accommodation at Westin and end with the Farewell Lunch on April 27.

Attendees should have a strong sales portfolio of luxury FITs incorporating similar product, services and regions or strong potential to enhance this portfolio.
