Affinity Reschedule in Closed Period

Affinity Training Materials for MYSA How-To: Affinity Reschedule in Closed Period
1. Log into Affinity a. Click on Teams in the yellow circle…and then on ‘Tournament & Schedule Apps’ Info in the green circle
b. Click on ‘Schedules/Game Scoring’
c. Find the game you want to reschedule for and click ‘Reschedule’
d. Enter the reschedule specifics including: i. Date ii. Time iii. Venue iv. Filed Number v. Reason for reschedule
e. Click ‘Send Request’ f. The request will be sent to the competitive rep (during closed rescheduling period) for approval.
Competitive Reps will only approve reschedules once the season starts with email agreement from both teams on the reschedule, and for reasons attributed to field closures by field owners.
