FRONT SPINDLE ASSEMBLIES Attach spindle assemblies to axles with 1 ¾ x 12-inch pin. NOTE: THERE ARE THRUST BEARINGS THAT NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE AXLE TUBES. INSTALL WITH THE LIP OF THE BEARING TO THE BOTTOM.
Secure pin with star washer and nut.
Grease thrust bearing prior to installation.
Attach tie rod ends to spindle assemblies with bolt and castle nut. Secure with cotter pin. (Toe in has been set at factory. Do not adjust tie rods.) MOUNT TIRES WITH DEEP DISH OF RIM TO INSIDE. INSTALL WITH TREAD FACING OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL THAN TRACTOR TIRES. 1
Notice lip - lip installed to bottom. Bearing is shown upside down for photo.
REAR AXLES Mount axle assemblies to frame with ¾” bolts and lock nuts. Note that the truss rod mount is to the bottom. Install truss rods under rear axle. The right axle (shown from front side) has the mount block for the clutch shaft. Mount tires with rim deep dish Clutch mount block on front of right rear axle. to inside. Tread faces opposite of tractor tire tread. Flat side of rim towards hub. Beveled side out. Note: Attach clutch shaft before mounting tires.
CLUTCH SHAFT Mount clutch shaft to axle with 3/8” bolts, flat washers and lock washers. Install chains on both ends of shaft. The stainless steel chain goes on the gearbox end. Flat washers may be used between bearings and bearing mounts if needed to obtain proper chain tension.
A
The triangle plate on the clutch should be positioned so the wire comes out the front side. Plug clutch wires onto wires on tank (polarity doesn’t matter). The 12 tooth sprocket on the shaft should be in line with the speed sensor that is attached to the bottom side of the axle brace (Detail area A). Adjust sensor for about 1/8” clearance. 2
FRONT DRAWPOLE Mount draw pole to steering yoke with 1 ¾ x 13-inch pin, star washer and nut. Note that the nuts welded to the pole go to the top.
Pull the pole all the way toward the auger side (full left turn) and attach hoses to pole. This will allow enough slack for turns. Use plated hold downs, 3/8” bolt, flat washer and lock washer to secure hoses to pole. Attach jack.

MOUNTING TANK (Export Only) Install gasket between meter and tank when assembling tank to frame. Index pins on meters assure alignment as you mate the tank to frame.
Blower mounting. Connect hoses that go to the front of the air seeder to the Check Valve and to the in port of the diverter
Tool box mounts to plate that attaches with bolts that hold tank to frame.
Light harness module and plug in mount in rear sheet
4
Rear lights mount as shown
Crank mounts to bearing in front sheet and connects to meter drive shaft with a universal joint.
Large black bar attaches on the left side with the auger mounting holes to the rear. Attach with bolts that connect tank to end sheets.
Front light bracket attaches with two corner tank mounting Bolts
SMV mounts on back panel above blower.

AUGER ASSEMBLY Install auger transport clamp with 5/8” bolts, flatwashers and nylock nuts. Do not tighten bolts until auger is installed and clamped down. Install auger swivel mount into hole on the end of the long auger support tube. Secure with flat washer and roll pin.
Raise auger with sling and lower carefully so the stem on auger drops into hole on auger swivel mount. (Mount shown without auger attached) Clamp rear of auger into transport and tighten mounting bolts on clamp!!! Install red grip on end stem on swivel. Connect hoses from auger valve to diverter and return at blower. NOTE: Make sure that the hose from the diverter is connected to the “IN” port on the auger valve. 6
