5.Entry: Entries must be done by FIE web-site before 04/01/2009, and a copy should be sent to the Organizer. 6. Entry Fee: 20 EURO per fencer will be collected at the time of roll call. 7. Formula: The competition will be fenced according to the FIE rules. 8. Observer: An FIE observer will be present. 9. Weapon Control: Weapon control will be carried out according to the FIE rules. Please note to observe the FIE requirements for athlete names and National Logos on fencers’ clothes. 10. License: Each referee and fencer must hold an FIE valid license. 11. Accommodation and Transportation: The official hotels for this Tournament are: A - PARMIS Hotel***** Single / Double Bed: 133 USD per room ( breakfast include ) Triple Bed: 187 USD per room ( breakfast include ) B – SHAYGAN Hotel **** Single / Double Bed: 110 USD per room ( breakfast include ) Triple Bed: 142 USD per room ( breakfast include ) 2

Doping Control: Doping control will be carried out according to the FIE rules. 13. Awards: 1000 USD for First place – 750 USD for Second place and 500 USD for Third places. 14. Referees: Participating delegations must be accompanied by the prescribed number of A or B, referees according to the FIE rules as follows: 1-4 fencers: No referee 5-9 fencers: 1 referee 10 or more fencers: 2 referees. 15. Currency: Rial is the Iranian official currency. One USD = 10100 Rials. 16. Temperature: Average temperature in January is between 15c to 20c. 17. National Anthem and Flag: Please bring your National Anthem(tape/CD) and Flag. 18. Visa: Those peoples that would arrive from Dubai directly to “Kish Island” by Kish-Air don’t need visa for Iran, but if they would arrive from Tehran or another cities to “Kish Island” They need visa for Iran. The two way ticket from Dubai to Kish costs about 180 USD. If you need visa for Iran, please fill in
