Cross Country Course Designer : Mike Guilfoyle HELP/Volunteers AESI is a not for profit sports club that runs horse trials at Woodhill Sands and we need your support - please let us know where you can help we require Jump Judges and Dressage Writers. Please let us know with entry if you are available to help . As with every trial we will need more than 80 volunteers to help the event run smoothly - No help = no event please let us know what jobs you can help with, with entry
Prize Giving: All Classes can collect their prizes from the prize giving area 30 minutes after final result posted. ENTRIES: By making an entry riders are liable for all fees, even if they do not attend the event. If you subsequently scratch, the refund policy will apply. See below:
SCRATCHINGS/ REFUNDS: Scratching’s after Close of entry are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event, riders can apply for an 80% refund of entry fee only This request for refund must be done in writing. All Ground fees, Admin, yarding and accommodation are non refundable. After close of entry all horses entered will be expected to pay if they run or not. MEMBERSHIP: Classes 1— 7 All riders must be FULL members of ESNZ (Free 1 Year Membership available for riders registering with ESNZ for the first time). Riders in classes 8 & 9 may ride with just a community membership (free to join). Horses not registered for eventing may compete up to 1.05m with a ESNZ Casual Membership of $5 and for 105 class only an Eventing Flexi Start of $15 Article 610 ESNZ Eventing Rules – Disclaimer of Liability.
