This event will be run under ESNZ Eventing NZ rules and is part of the ESNZ Eventing National Series. NO dogs allowed. Café food, espresso coffee and Eftpos available on site. Restricted classes are open to riders who have not placed (1st-3rd) at the grade applicable or above in the past two seasons. Conditions of entry & important information Help/Volunteers: AESI is a not-for-profit sports club that runs horse trials at Woodhill Sands. We require multiple dressage writers, jump judges, gate stewards and general helpers for our events to run smoothly. Please let us know when entering if you are available to pitch in. Prize Giving: Prize givings will be held at the conclusion of each class in show jumping attire with the class winner and their horse present (unmounted) to receive their rug. Please ask at the office about a suitable time for this. Prizemoney as per Article 619 ESNZ Eventing Rules. Scratchings/Refunds: Scratchings after the close of entry will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the event. Riders can apply for an 80% refund of entry fee—this must be done in writing. All yarding, ground, admin and accommodation fees are non refundable after close of entry. Membership: Riders not registered with ESNZ may compete with a $10 casual rider levy for CNC65 and CNC80 classes only, all other class riders require full membership. Horses not registered for eventing may compete up to CNC105 level with an ESNZ Casual Membership for $5. CNC105 class riders only also require an Eventing Flexi Start for $15. ESNZ Eventing Series: This event is part of the ESNZ Eventing National Series.
