Anita Goodesign Express Workshop Thursday, March 16th from 10:30-12:30 or 6:00-8:00 pm Doodle Potholders Supply List The Attendee Packet for this Event contains the CD with the Embroidery Designs and a tutorial guide booklet. CTH will have the designs on a USB stick ready to load into your machine. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow us time to copy the designs into your machine. Please Bring to Class:
Embroidery machine in top running condition with new size 90 embroidery installed
Your Express Workshop Doodle Pot Holder Folder including the Tutorial Booklet
Flash Drive (USB stick) with the designs copied in the format your machine reads
5 x 7” or larger hoop (square hoops – 6x6 or 8x8 work well for this project)
No Show Stabilizer to fit your Hoop
Cotton fabric o
9 x 9” square for front side of potholders
o 9 x 9” square coordinating fabric for the back o One strip 2.5 x 42” for binding
Insul-Brite batting cut in large enough squares for your hoop
Embroidery Thread that will compliment your chosen fabric
Bobbins filled with bobbin thread
Seam ripper
Small, sharp, preferably curved scissors (Havel’s 3.5” or 5” embroidery scissors are perfect)
Before class, please transfer the embroidery designs (in your machine’s format) from the CD onto your USB flash drive – or copy save the designs in your embroidery machine. To complete your project you will also need: Rotary Cutter, Ruler & Mat Walking foot
