director for Cornell Cooperative Extension. Andy joined the campus-based Extension leadership team in 2012 as a State Extension Specialist and was then promoted six months later into the position of Assistant Director for Field Operations by then Extension Director Helene Dillard.

Andy came to Cornell after serving 23 years as educator and executive director, including nine year educator in Rockland County and 14 years as executiv in CCE Greene, and two years as ED for both Green Columbia. He moved into the 4-H Director position in
