BLACK ANGUS
All our meat is sourced from specially selected Senepol, Brahman & Bonsmara beef, veld reared in the Kalahari, by the same family for over 3 generations. Aged for a minimum of 32 days, it is hormone free with complete traceability to ensure premium quality.
Our Black Angus beef is sourced only from farmers accredited by the Angus Society of South Africa, to ensure traceability and quality. Dry aged for a minimum of 4 weeks before being butchered and revered due its high levels of marbling, which keep the meat tender and juicy during cooking.

HOW WE COOK STEAKS
All our steaks are cooked in our Pira Charcoal Oven Imported from Spain, the charcoal grilling provides unique flavor, and as the oven remains closed during cooking it reaches temperatures of 400C, allowing for very rapid cooking - ensuring a great sear without drying the meat.
