Parents’ insights and perspectives on their children are very helpful to us. Write a brief description of your child, including such information as the significant events and influences in his/her life, any special interests and talents, particular weaknesses, or educational needs. What aspects of his/her development do you think are the most successful? Which are the least? Are there any special circumstances about your child, or about your aspirations for your child, which contribute to your wish for him/her to become a student at Park School? Fees, Permissions, and Agreements Financial Assistance Opportunities Financial Assistance is available to students entering Second-Year Kindergarten – Grade 12. All families interested in applying for this need based program are encouraged to do so. Admission decisions are not influenced by financial need. Park School does not offer non-need based merit awards, however, we are fortunate to be able to recognize the gifts and talents of some students who may meet both the eligibility requirements of our need-based financial assistance program as well as certain designated “Scholar” awards (grades 7-12). Please contact the Financial Assistance Office or visit www.parkschool.net/financial-assistance for more information about “Scholar” opportunities available for the 2015-2016 enrollment year.

Note: Families enrolling at Park without the use of financial assistance funding are expected to contribute at full tuition amounts in subsequent years. In the case of a change in family circumstances, including enrolling additional children at Park, or any other school requiring tuition, families may apply for financial assistance consideration.
Application Fee A fee of $50 must accompany each new application. If this is a reapplication, the fee is $30. Make checks payable to The Park School, or pay online via credit card or ACH debit using your application portal.
Parental Agreement and Permission The

Park School may request and receive confidential records, recommendations, and other information concerning my child’s application for admission. All materials collected throughout the admission process will be used by The Park School for the purpose of evaluating the application for admission and placement. In addition, a Park School Admission Committee member may observe my child in his/her current setting. On behalf of my child, I/we waive any right that we have to inspect, review, or copy these documents.
