April 10, 2017 - Meeting Minutes In attendance – Jackie Romzek, Doreen Avenall, Terra Bulloch, Kristin Weber, Nicole Honeycutt, Jim Bunn, Bruce Avenall, Elizabeth Streight, Brian Fraser, Brian Pasienza, Amy Pasienza Coaching Interviews – Interviewed Joe Mattord and Harry Linfield for head coach position for Instructional. Sinking Fund Proposal – Chuck Hughes, Matt Marino, Scott Bacon, Michelle Otis attended meeting to talk about upcoming Sinking Fund Proposal. Voting will be May 2nd. League Updates – Wade Clay attended, not in attendance at our meeting. Board Reports – Jim Bunn – would like to hire a professional medic for practices. He will look into pricing options. Brian Pasienza – will check into pricing for generator to use in concessions. Amy Pasienza – Kristen Weber – budget is at $66,397.54 Terra Bulloch – 320 helmets, 100 helmets to go back to be reconditioned. 154 on the shelves, 66 new helmets. Next year 220 helmets will have to be returned to be reconditioned. Terra looked into the most cost effective way to ship these back. She will ship back via freight box at $133 each. Each box will hold around 40 helmets. She needs 2 pallets to do this and Brian Fraser will get this for her. She is working on getting game pant samples. BSN Sports are too pricey. Doreen Avenall – She would like to add a pretzel machine in concessions. Jackie Romzek made a motion to purchase one. Bruce Avenall seconded and all in favor. Brian Fraser – gave us building plans for new storage, pavilion, bathrooms and concession stand for Heritage Park. Nicole Honeycutt – 138 Tackle Registrations and 22 Flag Registrations as of today.
