April 21, 2017 Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Hillsboro R-III School District will conduct a closed session, including any record or vote, on the date and time set forth above. I.
CALL to Order Meeting called to order by President Welker at 4:04 p.m. READ INTO THE MINUTES THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT In accordance with subsection (2) and (4) of Section 610.020 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, this meeting is being conducted with less than twenty-four hours’ notice so that the Board of Education may convene in executive session to consider an urgent personnel matter. This statement shall be recorded in the motion. APPROVAL OF AGENDA A motion was made by Mrs. Sucharski to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Mr. Kruse and approved by a show of hands vote of 5-0.

RECESS FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION A motion was made to recess the meeting at 4:06 p.m. for the purpose of discussion of (3) Hiring, firing, disciplining or promotion of employees; and (13) Individually identifiable personnel records in accordance with Revised Missouri Statues 610.021, was made by Mrs. Sucharski, seconded by Mr. Kruse, and approved by the following roll call vote (5-0): Mrs. Welker, yes ; Mrs. Petry, absent ; Mrs. Sucharski, yes ; Mr. Stephenson, absent ; Mrs. Heine, yes ; Mr. Kruse, yes and Mrs. Oshia, yes.

RECONVENE THEN ADJOURN SPECIAL MEETING Mrs. Petry arrived at 4:36 p.m. A motion was made to reconvene then adjourn Special Meeting at 4:54 p.m., was made by Mr. Kruse, seconded by Mrs. Sucharski and approved by the following roll call vote (6-0): Mrs. Petry, yes ; Mrs. Sucharski, yes ; Mrs. Heine, yes ; Mr. Stephenson, absent; Mr. Kruse, yes; Mrs. Oshia, yes ; Mrs. Welker, yes .
