our servi ces High Impact Management, LLC. (HIM) is an Oklahoma City based consulting firm offering professional management expertise to a construction project for the purposes of managing the project scope of work, budget, and schedule. Our services are typically designed around the traditional design/bid/build delivery method. Advising and leading clients through the design, bid and construction phases, our services promote Client representation starting with the PreConstruction Phase and concluding with the Construction Phase. What Our Customers Say

Julie Coffee with High Impact Management understands today’s construction industry, but that’s not what makes her stand out against the competition. Julie brings invaluable knowledge, experience, and a sense of pride and ownership to every project she undertakes. I had the pleasure of working alongside Julie on the Chevy Bricktown Events Center in downtown Oklahoma City. Under the most difficult and sometimes impossible circumstances, Julie ensured the project remained on schedule, and within the budget every step of the way while maintaining constant client/owner satisfaction, resulting in a fantastic project and revitalized addition to downtown OKC.

Benjamin Shullaw AIA, NCARB Principal Event I have been involved with Oklahoma City CANstruction for the past two years and look forward to participating for many more! It is truly something I look forward to year-round. It is invigorating to use creative problem solving in a way that is fun for the teams involved, enjoyable for the public, and ultimately makes a positive

difference in the lives of our neighbors. HIM Julie Coffee and the High Impact Management team host this event with an enthusiasm that is infectious and a sincerity befitting the mission. Julie/HIM is available as a resource for teams and is always trying to find ways to improve the event – be it recruiting more participants, soliciting additional sponsors, or organizing an inspiring awards reception. Mission From start to finish, this event speaks to the heart of what design professionals aim to be building in the long run – strong communities. Communities where we each use our time and talents to support those around us.

that allowed my co-workers and myself to not only have a little fun doing what we love but doing it for a special organization. An organization that gives all of its heart and soul to help our community and the wonderful people that are a part of it. All of this could not have been possible without the excellent organization of Mrs. Julie Coffee and her team at High Impact Management Group. It is through their careful planning and guidance that allowed our teams a swift engagement in participation. We were also very inspired by their motivation and excitement to make this event a reality. In the end, it was highly successful! The teams involvement was not the only thing that made it successful. It was the attention that it gained from the general public who was made aware of the cause that turned them in to participants as well. Much love was given in this event and it could not have been possible without High Impact Management Group. My team and I thank you for giving us the opportunity to make a great impact in our community with the simple act of staking cans. Thank you!

Julie Coffee successfully led her staff as they hosted the first CANstruction OKC competition in the fall of 2013. The event was a six month planning effort spear headed by Mrs. Coffee and resulted in teams of architects, engineers and members of the Oklahoma Arts Council working together to produce massive structures completely built of can goods. Julie also chaired the Advisory Board which consisted of representatives from the American Institute of Architects Oklahoma Chapter, the Associated General Contractors of OK, International Interior Design Association OKC, the location sponsorBrewer Entertainment, and the beneficiary organization - City Rescue Mission. Participating as a judge for this worthwhile event, I witnessed first-hand, Mrs. Coffee’s leadership skills in directing activities and clearly instructing individuals during this massive effort. I’ve had the privilege of seeing Mrs. Coffee take steps to establish a thriving business in Oklahoma City while still giving her time to serve her community. John A. Pettis Jr. Councilman, Ward 7

“During the over three years that we worked together, Julie proved to be a highly skilled and exceptionally talented Project Manager. She consistently performed her duties in a timely and professional manner with a special sensitivity to schedule and budget constraints. Julie’s unique combination of people skills, technical competence, structural design background...enables her to lead diverse project teams and complete successful porjects. Julie was considered to be tough but fair...” Brian F. Gruz, AIA Senior Project Architect Formally with Mass Architects

“Mrs. Coffee...took a genuine interest in our school and represented the school extremely well. There were numerous times the construction company was prepared to take short-cuts to complete the project, but she was very serious about the fact this project would be completed on time, on budget, and that it would interfere with classes only minimally. She certainly did serve Stand Watie well and we are extremely proud of our building.”

High Impact Management is pleased to be the host sponsor for CANstruction OKC, a unique design-build competition with a mission to fight hunger. Teams of architects, engineers, contractors and industry leaders design and build massive structures out of full cans of food. Structures are built on site and remain on exhibit for the public to view and vote for their favorite. Following judging, team awards are presented at our closing ceremony and structures are then demounted and all can food and net proceeds are donated to our beneficiary. As the Executive Chairperson, Julie Coffee and the HIM team are pleased to serve our OKC community by hosting and managing this worthwhile event. Thus far, CANstruction OKC has donated over 36,000 pounds of food to local food banks. For more information, go to Oklahomacity. canstruction.org.
