Accessory buildings or structures - are detached structures used as tool and storage sheds, playhouses and similar. Habitable / Inhabited – lived in or occupied by humans.

All structures must meet setback and zoning requirements, including those that do not require a permit. Additional permits and worksheets may be required in accord with Title 12.

*The total floor area of the addition shall not cause the structure to exceed the allowable square footage of the exemption. Said additions shall have no waste water disposal utilities.
