Arkansas Tech Band Member for a Day! (Day!) When: Saturday, November 4th, 2017 Tentative Itinerary 7:50 AM Be at school and load bus 8:00 AM Leave MCHS. 9:30 to 11:00 AM Rehearsal with Arkansas’ Band of Distinction at Thone Stadium on the Tech Campus (casual athletic clothing – appropriate for the weather please). 11:00 to 12:30 Free time to relax, eat dinner in Russellville on own, and change into the student’s school marching band uniform. (MCHS PEP BAND UNIFORM) 12:45 PM Meet the Tech Band at Nutt Residence Hall for the traditional pre-game warm up, march to the stadium, and pre-game performances. 2:00 PM Kickoff. Go Tech! Students will sit in the stands with us and play throughout the game – including a stand still halftime performance with the ABD! The game should finish at approximately 5:00 pm. 5:30 PM Leave Tech –grab a snack for the trip home 7:30 PM Arrive back at MCHS
