Dear Parents, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and all classes will be having their Valentine’s Day party on Tuesday, February 14th right after naptime. We hope that you can take the time to join your child with their classmates to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Please remember that we will be closed on February 20, 2017 in observance of President’s Day. As always, thanks to all of you for giving Children’s Corner the opportunity to teach and care for your children. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Want to make your teacher feel extra special this Valentine’s Day??? Treat her to a carnation ...or two! The PTO will be selling $1 carnations in the office starting at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14th! The carnation will come with a special tag for your special message! Deliver it personally or have us deliver it for you! Stop by the office and show your teacher a little love this Valentine’s Day!
Nursery I: We are so excited for this month of LOVE! Nursery will be busy making crafts and having a blast! We are planning to have a Valentine’s Day party, and hope you will join! A big welcome to two new babies, Ross and Abigail! And who can forget to welcome Ms. Elisa back into Nursery...Yeah! Ms. Paulita and Ms. Elisa Nursery II: I want to start off by saying thank you for welcoming me to the Nursery 2 classroom! I just have a few reminders for the month of February. We will be doing some crafts for Valentine's Day. If you have any concerns about your child using paint please let me know! We have a couple dates you should keep in mind this month. February 2nd is class picture day. I recommend bringing their picture clothes and an extra pair to change into after pictures are done. Also, we will be closed Monday, February 20.
Toddler I: Hello Toddler I Families! This is Ms. Effie and Ms. Jess, we are your new teachers. We are very excited to embark on this wonderful adventure with your children. This month we will celebrate Groundhog Day and Valentine’s Day of course. We will learn about our presidents and celebrate them. We’re going to have fun doing messy projects with hands on learning. It’s going to be a fun packed month for all of us! We look forward to working alongside you, Ms. Effie and Ms. Jess Toddler II:
We are having a fun filled month as we: *Potty traing with pullups vx. Diapers (parents are welcome to bring underwear) *Identifying numbers 1/20 *Learning letters and recognize our colors *decorating for Valentine’s Day *learning how to treat our friends with kindness and manners :) Thank you, Ms. Nicole *learning how to put our clothes and shoes on all by ourWobbler I: selves! Can you smell the love in the air? It's the month of love Don’t forget we have a special Valentine’s Day party and we are stoked to celebrate it! But we aren't just cel- planned February 14! Come and join in on the fun! ebrating this glorious month by doing all sorts of hearts With love, and love art, we are learning how to sign I love you and Ms. Beth and Dawn say I love you! Last month was all about the dog but Pre K I: February is going to be all about cats, identifying a cat We have some FUN things goin on this month! The little ones absolutely love our new gym ourselves and keep healthy, along with Valentine’s Day mats and foam wedge! It makes them want to stay acactivities, and a Valentine’s Day classroom party!
