Assigning Exam Takers to Courses Once the information on Exam Takers (ETs) and courses has been added to the database, ETs can be quickly added to or removed from courses. Only Administrators have the ability to enroll ETs in a course or remove them from these rosters. The course assignment tool presented here is best used for making a few ET enrollment changes to course rosters. If multiple ET assignments need to be edited, the better tool would be to re-import a CourseStudent.txt file with EVERYONE currently enrolled in the course along with the changes.
