We are looking for an inspirational, knowledgeable and determined leader to join our outstanding community. We have a committed team of staff who focus relentlessly on always improving and providing the best all round education for our pupils. As a Teaching School and National Support School we play an active role in supporting other schools and leading staff development, leadership development and teacher training across South Warwickshire. As a relatively small comprehensive with 700 pupils we expect all of our staff to engage fully in school life. The successful candidate will have a varied role involving both pastoral and academic responsibilities so it is imperative they are able to maintain high expectations of themselves and others. Honesty, integrity, high standards, impact and a great personality will be essential to succeed in this role.
