General Event Conditions & Information Dogs- must be on a leash (no longer than 5m) at all times & to be under control of suitable person. Failure to comply will result in fine for owner (multiple fines may result in dog being removed from the grounds). All proceeds to FF NEC. Minimum fine per offence $50. Non-competition Horses – please book via accommodation via Equestrian Entries & pay the Facility Fee for schooling. ESNZ/ENZ Registration - Please contact ESNZ Head Office to check your requirements, if you or your horse are not yet registered. Camping/Yarding - Facility Use Fee – $15 per horse; Camping $5 per person per night; Power $5 per connection (Limited) per day/night; Stable $25 per day/night; Covered Yard $20 per day/night (Limited); Paddock $15 per horse per day/night (Minimum 2 horses per paddock); Open Yard $10 per day/night; Day Stay Only Open Yards $5 per day/horse. Bank Account: BNZ Taupo, Fiber Fresh National Equestrian Centre 02-0428-0287292-025 Cheques payable to: Fiber Fresh NEC. Late payments – will incur the Late Fee of $25 per horse if money is not in the bank account two working days after entries close. Prizes – can collected 30 mins after confirmed results. Must be collected in person by the rider, no proxies allowed. Prizes will not be posted out – some classes have sponsored product that will require collecting. Refunds –ALL classes 80% of entry fee, full yarding/camping included up to 48 hours before start of competition. Refunds will be paid electronically into your bank account. Other refunds at OC discretion. Refreshments – available on the grounds. Timetable – Dressage & Showjumping Saturday – Dressage may commence at 7.30am. XC Sunday 8am. National Equestrian Centre location: https://goo.gl/maps/xAXGt This event is run under ESNZ eventing rules – including membership & registration requirements. Additional Condition - Competing only (not staying over) - All Horses attending must be allocated an open yard & must pay the Day Stay Only $5 yard fee & use the yard. Horses are not to be tied to truck/float unless tacking & untacking. This is a request from NEC, please respect this. All horses must have back numbers (XC) on whilst being ridden. It is advisable to have the horse identifiable whilst at the truck & yard etc. with either their number or name tag. The organising committee reserve the right to restrict entries as necessary, alter classes & prizes as required. Please Note that some Prize Money may be swapped for sponsored product or vouchers. Draw & yarding will be emailed to you or you can view it on Equestrian Entries www.equestrianentries.co.nz All local riders are encouraged to volunteer in some way – Please offer some help in any capacity.
