Classes may be combined. If your horse/pony is currently registered with ESNZ for dressage you must go in the graded classes. Ponies must compete in pony classes and/or age classes where applicable. PAYMENTS – All fees must be received into our bank account by the closing date 20th Oct 2017. If fees are not received you will not be put in the draw, and must still pay the compulsory admin fee & the online fee whether you compete or not. Any outstanding fees will need to be paid before you enter any other WCEG events. Health & Safety - Competitors and spectators attending this show do so at their own risk, and must abide by the WCEG Health & Safety rules, please ensure you read these, they can be found on the EE website along with the Disclaimer and also on www.horses.net.nz. Class Rules - All classes run under ESNZ rules, horses DO NOT have to be registered for ungraded classes. All riders have to be registered as a community, introductory member or pay a casual day rider membership fee as above (to be paid with entry), or be a financial member of ESNZ. DNZ T&D levy – This is paid to Dressage New Zealand (for the Training & Development of NZ Riders - $3.00 per test – included in your per test fee). The committee reserves the right to - alter and/or cancel the programme or prizes if necessary within ESNZ rules. Bridle & Saddle blanket numbers - Both ESNZ bridle numbers must be used, if you do not have bridle numbers you are required to use our saddle blanket numbers – this also applies to warming up - collect from the office Commanding of Tests - All Tests may be commanded, other than Classes 25 -28 inclusive Objections - All objections must be lodged with the event secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the completion of the class with a $50 fee. Yards – First in first served basis – please ensure you leave your yard tidy – any damage must be reported to the office Rosettes - 1st-6th double rosettes - these will be available for collection from the office 30 minutes after final posted score. Scratchings - Must be notified by phone (before 9pm) prior to the event. During the event, see Christine in office or phone 027 4825853. Refunds will be given at the discretion of OC, requests must be in writing on our official form and within 7 days of event with a Vet., Doctors or Farriers Cert Dogs - Must be kept on a lead & away from arenas, warm up areas, office & scoreboards at all times (WCEG rule & Hamilton City Council bylaw) Horses on Grounds - All horses on the grounds must be competing. Test Sheets - Stamped addressed envelopes will be available from the office for tests to be sent out (cost $2.00) Weather - The show will go ahead rain or shine. Overnight Yarding – An overnight charge of $10.00 per horse applies, if riding on the grounds other that at the show a $20.00 ground fee for non WCEG members, you MUST arrange riding and yarding in advance to Kara 07-8496328 or 0274-834328 and text when you or about to ride & finish. Stallions – Riders to advise organisers of stallions entry, requirements & must comply with the ESNZ article 147.
